Hi Everyone!  I am back in need of your advice again!  I reached my new goal (to make it to 120 for lee way).  Here's where I need advice:  I can't stay there I keep losing even AFTER I added a 300 cal protein bar to my day.  I am starting to get scared that I it will keep going and I like it here.

Also, why do I feel like I am "plump"?  I feel like I weigh 150 still......I know that might be a head thing.

ANY advice appreciated!

I really don't know what you should do to stop losing weight. I know you don't want to revert to Twinkies! I lost more than I intended, but it stopped very abruptly, just all of a sudden. And after a few months I put some of it back on. I can relate to the plump feeling. I am at work, wearing a size 4 dress, and I feel like a whale. I looked down while I was doing my work-out this morning and freaked out because my toes looked fat. I've been told it may take as long as 5 years to get your head and body together.

The doctor told me to maintain my weight use 1,200 calories a day. I am 3 years and 3 months out and I still loose. I am in a size childrens 10. I am 100 lbs. and I still feel fat...ugly and old. It is so much a head thing. I wonder if it will ever go away?
Good luck to ya

I had RNY a year ago, TT about six weeks ago.  I weigh 120, in a size 2 or 4, and I still feel fat too.  It is our heads, my friends.  You all look wonderful.
