Hello all I thought I would let you all know what I had to eat today.
B-protein coffee
B2-2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
L-pc of tyson's honey bbq chicken strip and half cup peas
s-bag of kettle corn (it didn't pop all the way so probably half a bag)
s-half of a strawberry sundae from Sonic
d-prok chop (baked), half cup of stove top stuffing and half cup beats
s-fourth cup kashi granola
s-half a banana
calories 1455
protein 93
I will probably will eat something else later, who knows.  I do better during the week.  Have a great day tomorrow.  God bless, Penni

Hey Penni. Thanks for posting. I've been out and about all day with my daughter and nephew.
I know today I haven't had enough protein and calories. Just been very busy.

Breakfast:
Italian turkey sausage link w/ a lil mustard

Snack:
100 calorie pack of oreo's

Lunch:
3 fish sticks w
4 cheese pizza rolls
1 hot wing
(weird combo but that's what my daughter & nephew wanted and I didn't feel like anything esle.)

Dinner:
2 BBQ chicken wings
1/4 c. rice
1/2 c. Steamed broccoli

Snack:
Beef jerky

I went crazy today it seems like.
B) Veggie beef soup, canned
L) BLT on low carb bread, using beef bacon
D) 3oz roast beef, potatoes, carrots and onions 
S) Curry potato and spinach soup
S) Yogurt, low fat, low carb, low cal!
S) 1/2 1 oz bag Cheetos

I am so full I may explode. I refuse to check calories, I think it was way too much.
I am glad tomorrow is another day!

I BLEW IT FOR THIS DAY THANK GOD FOR A NEW DAY......

I am so confused I eat about 900 to 1000 cal a day with about 60-80 g pro and about 64oz of water. and i gain ed 2 lbs. i also upped my walking i started walking to work in the freezing cold.I just don't get it. Am I broken did i mess up my tool that i was given.

d:chicken and brown rice only about 1/2 a breast and 1/2 cup rice


got in 64oz of water and 24 oz of cl lemon. I just don't get it. I have tried upping my cal and i just gain more and i have dropping my cal and i just stay the same. someone please help.

I did well for a Sunday-usually I derail myself by going out and munching on empty calories. I didn't track on the daily plate, but even though I ate all day long it was good choices, probably because I stayed home:
2 americanos with half and half
1/2 serving Fiber One cereal with 1/2 banana and calorie countdown milk
sugar free panna cotta
1 egg baked with tomato sauce, bacon, and parmesan
4 oz pork chop with salad, ranch dressing
homemade chicken soup-low carb, with cheese
