broken scale?
I am losing weight but not trying to. I initally lost about 127 pounds so I weighed 130 pounds, then I gained about 10 pounds back and for about 1 1/2 years kind of had to watch to stay in that range, sometimes going up to 140. But the last dew weeks I have been losing with out even watching what I eat. I am alway careful to get enough protien and carbs are whole grain and fruits and veggies, I realy haven't made any changes to that but I am down to 128. I don't understand.

Hmmm, I don't know. If you haven't made any real changes then that's kinda strange?!?! But a good kind of strange, LOL!!! I do remember someone posting a while back that she weighed herself daily and thought that was her true weight until she went to the dr's and weighed considerably more and she was baffled. Well, lo and behold her glass top scale had a slight crack in the back and that was what caused her to register a lower weight. She was SO upset!!! Anyway, not saying that's the case here~could just be what your body wants to do right now!
