Accoutability Saturday

Good evening! I don't know if many people are around on the weekends but I'm here to be accountable. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
I actually did pretty good with my eating and it's saturday. A little more carbs than normal but not too bad! I usually blow saturdays but all day I was thinking about being accountable here.
Here it is...

Breakfast:
1 scrambled egg with cheese
1 pack of instant grits
2 strips of turkey bacon

Snack:
Boiled peanuts

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine french bread pizza
Small garden salad w/ FF ranch dressing

Snack:
Low carb Snickers protein bar

Dinner:
1 BBQ pork rib
1/2 grilled chicken thigh
3 big grilled shrimp
1/2 corn on the cob

Snack:
Going out with my friends. I'm sure I'll have a couple lite beers. If I want something to snack on later, I'll have yogart.

Hi there-you did great for a Saturday! I did pretty well, too. Didn't plug it into thedaillyplate, but here's what I had:
2 big coffees with half and half
1 protein drink
1/2 banana, 1/4c nuts , 1 Tbl TVP, calorie countdown milk
sugar free panna cotta
3 baby back ribs with a green salad and ranch dressing
1/2 apple, .5 oz cheddar cheese
pork and cabbage spicy peanut stir-fry with shirataki noodles

I tryed solid food and did not choke at all.

B...egg
snack...protein shake  350 calories
L..turkey wrap...250 calories
snack..shake 350
another snack ..shake 350
Dinner...tater skins with cheese 300 calories
snack..shake 350
water and more water.....
1950 calories for the day and I gained 2 lbs....wooohooo

I think I was too scared. I think it was my nerves but I am still going for the test  just incase I am wrong. It was a relaf to get to eat.

I have done horrible these past two days.  I didn't even write down everything I ate so I will start today with accountablility.  Sometime we just have to start over and look to the future.  I do know that I didn't get enough protein and I had way to much salt.  I am bloated like a cow this morning.  Wish me luck for today!  Have a great day and God bless, Penni

ok as for sat. I did ok i tossed out all the candy in the house. My dh and the kids were not happy but i did it.

s:south beach bar
l:2 bites of potato and abou8t 1/2 cup ham
salad w/ lite dressing
mixed veg
s:popcorn
d:bbq pork w/snow peas and egg drop soup
also 1 egg roll
s:popcorn
over all did good i think need to plug it in on fit day and see what it said.
water 64 oz and 2 cups of tea. at dinner.

Good for you for tossing out the candy! I had to do the same thing in my house-I simply can't have that stuff around or I'll nibble on it and obsess on it until it's gone.
