Accoutability Saturday
Good evening! I don't know if many people are around on the weekends but I'm here to be accountable. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
I actually did pretty good with my eating and it's saturday. A little more carbs than normal but not too bad! I usually blow saturdays but all day I was thinking about being accountable here.
Here it is...
Breakfast:
1 scrambled egg with cheese
1 pack of instant grits
2 strips of turkey bacon
Snack:
Boiled peanuts
Lunch:
Lean Cuisine french bread pizza
Small garden salad w/ FF ranch dressing
Snack:
Low carb Snickers protein bar
Dinner:
1 BBQ pork rib
1/2 grilled chicken thigh
3 big grilled shrimp
1/2 corn on the cob
Snack:
Going out with my friends. I'm sure I'll have a couple lite beers. If I want something to snack on later, I'll have yogart.
2 big coffees with half and half
1 protein drink
1/2 banana, 1/4c nuts , 1 Tbl TVP, calorie countdown milk
sugar free panna cotta
3 baby back ribs with a green salad and ranch dressing
1/2 apple, .5 oz cheddar cheese
pork and cabbage spicy peanut stir-fry with shirataki noodles
B...egg
snack...protein shake 350 calories
L..turkey wrap...250 calories
snack..shake 350
another snack ..shake 350
Dinner...tater skins with cheese 300 calories
snack..shake 350
water and more water.....
1950 calories for the day and I gained 2 lbs....wooohooo

ok as for sat. I did ok i tossed out all the candy in the house. My dh and the kids were not happy but i did it.
