TGIF

Hello ladies! How is everyone doing? I'm doing ok. Did a little laundry, ran to Wal-Mart for a few things then came to work. Work has been CRAZY busy! Only 2 1/2 more hours to go and I get go home! I'm so ready for the weekend.
I hope everyone had a good eating day, I did. I just hope I can keep it up for through the weekend!

Breakfast:
3/4 c. Special K cereal w/ 6 oz FF calorie countdown milk
3 strips of turkey bacon

Snack:
Boiled Egg

Lunch:
Grilled chicken strips, ff cheese, and salsa in a low carb wheat wrap
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack:
South beach protein cereal bar
1 c. honeydew melon balls

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner.. steak & broccoli
1/4  c. leftover collard greens
2 hersey kisses

Snack:
NSA blue bunny yogart

I agree with TGIF!!!!! I worked did my Turkey Trot Training( 5 K on Thanksgiving)outside  and an hour of Zumba while my daughter and her friend swam a t the YMCA; I don't usually work out twice in one day.
B scrambled eggs with cheese and small scoop hash browns
L-cup of tomato soup and a small slice of my daughters personal cheese pizza
S-Ka****rail mix bar
S-5 frosted animal crackers
S-cheese stick and whaet thins
D-2 slices papa murphy's delite pizza
S- Healthy Choice frozen fudge pop
Too many carbs and not enough protein; I will do better tomorrow. I did get all my vitamins, water in forgot the calcium but will try to go get it when done here.

Well it seems that i do great at work but as soon as i get home all i can focus on in that candy jar. It calls my name so yesterday i finished washing and did a few things around the house. But still as soon as i sat down to give the baby his bottle. Well you can just read it. Darn candy i a going to toss it today.

B:coffee and banana

L: 2 2oz hamburger patty and salad

D: popcorn shrimp and coconut shrimp

after that well lets see 2 pkg kids fruit snacks and hand full of candy corn 2 chocolate bars mini and a peanut butter cup. Oh cant forget the popcorn ball only 100 cal in those but lots of sugar i am sure.

I got some high calorie protein shakes and drank about 5 of them I got in like 1500 calroies. Was scared to eat solied food. Went to the doctor and they put me on zyprexia to gain some weight and get out of the danger zone. When I get lower than 100 I panick.......Got stangled a few times. I go Monday for a swallowing test.
