Did You Move To Lose Today? The Best exercises in shortest time!
Hey Everyone,
Two things I hear all the time....what exercises are the best and I don't have any time to exercise

Stay away from machines that are only going to increase your chances of injury. Most of us have carried around excess weight for so long our knees are at their worst.... Rocky and I went for a walk today and will do so all this weekend as it's suppose to be in the 80's. We are going to enjoy this as it cold be snowing soon
I also did lunges and squats!

Nothing beats walking with/without hand weights.

I just got back from a run outside. I am still training for a 5K on Thanksgiving- The Turkey Trot
. We are at walk for 5, jog for 10, walk for 1 jog for 10 and walk for 5. I may do Zumba this evening as well, my knees were way sore from too much Zumba and running last week. I took Tuesday and Thursday off this week. I have a training run in the morning with a group and will do Zumba on Sunday. Have a great weekend and enjoy the weather; fall is definately in the air here but it is sunny today.
