Good Evening Ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm doing ok. Still at work and so ready to go home! Nothing exciting to report, just another work day but thank god tomorrow is Friday! Had a good eating day. I hope you all do too.

Breakfast:
Protein shake
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack:
100 calorie pack of wheat thin crisp
Apple

Lunch:
1 egg & 1 egg white scrambled w/ ham & cheese
1 slice of lite wheat toast

Snack:
1 cup of Lite progresso veggie soup

Dinner:
Smart One's frozen dinner
1/4 C. steamed broccoli

Snack:
WW Yogart
String cheese

Today I had more calories and carbs than usual, but I made pretty good choices:
1 protein drink-champion whey stack
2 americanos with half and half
1 suisse mocha SF decaf
B-crustless quiche with sausage and cheese
L-1 c beef stroganoff with acorn squash
D-4 oz pot roast with turnips
d-1 c SF panna cotta made with buttermilk and greek yogurt
snack-1/4 c TVP with calorie countdown milk, raisins, nuts, 1/3 banana, and splenda
Calories: 1,409
Protein: 124g
Carbs: 56g

All of you Ladies seem to be doing so well with your eating.  Today I didn't right down anything I was sp stressed out and pissed off to the highest of pisstivity about a situation, I just ATE.  I then got angry with myself for allowing the situation to take me to that level.

Kay you seem to be doing really great with your eating...I think I going to start following your plan.  I have calmed down so here's what I remember as far as my eating goes:

EM - Cottage Cheese & SF Strawberry Jam

B -    3 slices of Turkey Bacon

S -   8oz Skim Milk & 3 packs of 100 cal cookies

L -   Spinach Quiche / 2 sl turkey bacon

D -   1/2 Turkey Hoagie

Thanks, girl! Find a plan that works for you! I just find eating 6 small meals, keeps me from snacking. I try so hard to do the right thing. It's Friday and my eating gets bad on the weekends but I'm gonna try really hard to do the right thing this weekend!

I MANAGED  TO CHOKE DOWN 6 PROTEIN SHAKES...
1,500 CALORIES....AND STILL LOST 2 MORE POUNDS OVER NIGHT. GOING TO MY PHYCH DOCTOR TODAY TO SEE IF SHE HAS ANY IDEAS FOR WHAT I CAN DO. GOING TO CALL MY DOCTOR TO SEE IF HE WILL PUT ME ON HIGH CALORIE TPN FLUIDS. I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE THINKING I AM SO SKINNY THAT I AM ON CRACK. ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS FRIENDS FATHER SAW ME AND ASK HIS DAUGHTER WAS I ON DRUGS. SHE SAID NO SHE HAD SOME KIND OF GASTRIC DONE AND CAN'T EAT. HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

oh  i am so glad u were able to get something down good for u. Don't worry about what people say just take car of yourself and get in as much as possible. So good to know that you are ok. keep us posted k.

ok I did great till the evening here it goes.

HELLLOO, its Friday

Kay, like you, my weekends are especially a challenge, tend to just "let it all go to pot"...Its not that I eat too much its what I choose ( to carby) and usually not enough liquids because weekends have no routine to help keep me on a regular program...

Here's my Thursday food, probably will not be back on until Monday...

B - 1/4 banana, a cookies-n-cream protein power crunch bar, 2 tbsp pb w/added benefiber
MS - coffee with carb countdown choc milk
L - 4 1/2 oz angus roast beef, 1 slice whole grain protein bread w/butter, 1 piece sf raspberry
      dark choc
AS - lf string cheese, 3 slices pre-cooked bacon
D - venti decaf choc/cookie dough non-fat latte
ES - gets bad here, this snack was basically a graze run thru the grocery store while I was
         shopping :  2 sugar cookies, a bite of fresh bread with olive tapenade, pretzel with garlic
         cheese spread and a bite of red velvet cake

64 oz clear liquids

Cals - 1125   Fat - 50     Carbs - 88     Protein - 88
