Here is the info for our next Physical Activity/Outing of the month,
LIPO's 1st Potluck Dinner & Labyrinth Walk  

This month we will try something new and exciting to exercise not only our bodies, but our minds!  The labyrinth is a walking meditation tool.  There are three stages to a labyrinth walk:
1.  The walk into the middle, following the chip-strewn path;
2.  Standing in the middle, and
3.  The walk out along the path.

Discover your own rhythm and listen to your heart.  Many people use the labyrinth to find peace in their lives.  Every month, on or near the full moon, The Franciscan Brothers at Little Portion Friary host a torch lit labyrinth walk, weather permitting. 

Be there LIPO sisters....or be square!  Bring your families and friends, the more the merrier!
