Ok I have a few questions? I am almost 3 years out in December. My heaviest was 240\lowest143\now148. I have been 143 for a long time and I have been gaining a little at a time. ranging from 145-150 is this normal? I want to get back to 143 but having a hard time!!! Also about 4 month ago I had VERY low Iron. I mean very low. I had to have 2 different iron injections and there are watching my levels every month. I take a multi vitamin\B-12. I was taking 4 iron pills a day. they took me off of them though. Has anyone else had problems with there iron?

yes been there done that

last winter i passed out which has never happened to me.  although with hindsight, i know what it was, i went for bloodwork at the time, and my iron was very low

i took supplements for about a month and levels went back up so i stopped because it was upsetting my tummy.  it seems to happen frequently from what i read on the boards

im going for my bloodwork this week again and will see where i am at.

be well and keep fighting those few pounds. i have been in the same boat for the last two months and that also is common.  i found i needed to cut back to the basics, which for me included adding in a couple of protein shakes a week, and cutting back on veggies, crackers and other things my body can do without.  i have taken 2 of the four pounds off.

hugs, jacki

I think that rebound weight gain is normal according to the dr's and from everything I've read, but at 3yr 8mths out I keep fighting it tooth and nail. I got down to 150lbs and have found that very hard to maintain. I hang out mostly around 155-156, but really want to be lower. Sometimes I work it hard and make it back down, but then life gets in the way and I bump back up a little bit. I assume this is how "normal" people are, but I've never been normal so I don't really know. My husband insists that he can't tell the difference at all when I weigh 150 or 155. I guess its just a matter of my own personal comfort (or vanity maybe, LOL). What's your workout schedule like? I still take Tender Iron daily, although that was not prescribed by my dr, but after much research I decided that I needed it for life! Anyway, Congratulations on all of your success!!! I think you're doing a great job!!!!!!
