Wow...life tends to crush in on us this time of year with Halloween the start and then New Years ending it up...When MLK day comes, we can all breathe...sigh...

Eary morning: EAS drink
Breakfast.......anyone know about red-eye gravy?? wellllllll, I had red-eye with diced tomatoes on TWO! biscuits.  Also 2 slices beef bacon. I think it was about 2000 calories. " sigh"
L) 1/2 tuna salad sandwich on whole grain toast, 4 oz veggie soup
D) 6 oz chili, 1/2 grilled cheese with provolone, swiss and cheddar on whole grain
S) 6 oz milk
S) 6 oz greek yogurt

Yeah, I know about red-eye gravy Good stuff..You list sounds pretty good. I'm not sure how I'd count the gravy but it's gotta be a high number. beef bacon? How is thatstuff? pork bacon I've just recently been able to have so long as it's not with anything with any more fat in it. Fat tends to really cause me problems.

I just read your post. Beef bacon is very good, not sure if the fat is lower than pork, but I don't eat pork. Turkey bacon is much lower in fat.

I felt like I ate way too much Friday but i did fitday and I'm fine. Here it is..

Protein Shake
8 oz CC chocolate milk
8 oz coffee with half n half and splenda
Special K protein cereal
6 oz CC milk
Peach
1 slice of lite wheat, 2 slices of thin deli ham, 1 slice of cheese .. toasted
Carb/sugar control yogart
100 Calorie pack of beef jerky
Smart Ones frozen dinner
1/4 c. collard greens
1 oz cheddar cheese
toppings off 1 slice of cheese pizza
toppings off 1 slice of sausage pizza
1 lite beer

Carbs-83
Protein-132
