Yes this week is going super fast. Almost Friday!!

I wasn't gonna share my menu because I screwed up for lunch but here it is........

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack:
1 boiled egg
Apple

Lunch:
Ok, here is what happened. LOL... I was running late for work so I didn't eat lunch and when I got here, there were cookies. Several kinds of cookies. At first, I avoided them then temptation set in and I had 2 reduced fat oreo's.  Then about an hour later, I had 2 chocolate chip cookies. So yep. my lunch consisted on 4 cookies! I was sweating and shaking for an hour!

Dinner:
3 oz Grilled pork chop
1/4 c. brown rice. At the end of cooking time, i threw in a 1/4 c. chopped broccoli in
1/4 C. leftover collard greens.

Not stressing it, Tomorrow's another day!

I'm totally there with you on the cookies. So your afternoon pretty much sucked with the shakes and sweats. I hate that!

And you're SO right! Tomorrow is another day. Get yourself some sugar free cookies.

Today the office is celebrating birthdays for October (cuz mine is Saturday) and so they always buy cookies. My friend knows I can't have them and is really sorry about that but it doesn't bother me. I know that I'll get so sick. A second on my lips and an hour or two of sweats and shakes? Not worth it at all. And they'll probably keep those away from me too cuz they don't want me to go home...heheh..They think I'm important so they want me around.

You have a great weekend!

That chicken is a tough one. When ever I thought I got anything stuck, it was chicken...Why is that? Now that hubby has how to cook chicken down pat, it doesn't happen so often but ...

You did awesome! Have a great weekend.

From this side of that Chili Relleno, it was pretty stupid to have eaten it. It's deep fried...

Your list was pretty good but tomorrow (Friday) CAN be a better day. Chili is good. I LOVE a good a good pot of chili...I can hardly wait for the weather to get cooler so I can make chili more often. It doesn't work so good when the temperature is over 100...

Have a great weekend!

B) Forced down that EAS! Had an egg too,
L) Shrimp tempura, 3 large, 6 peices veggie tempura which was zuchini, sweet potato and broccoli. Also had tiny salad with ginger dressing, skipped the fried rice, no room.
D) About 4 oz fried catfish, 2 slices fried green tomatoes, 2 oz baked beans
S) Scrambled egg with slice turkey bacon
S) 6 oz yogurt

I did well on protein today, plenty of fluids, lots of fats, but I malabsorb them for the most part. I was totally stuffed after each meal, I hate that feeling. But I started out with 3 meals, and a snack at night for the yogurt or extra protein. Hard to eat several small meals. Still at 139.

It is hard to eat small meals. Most people are told no snacking and it's hard to break that rule. I just think of them as mini meals. I actually have four small meals and three snacks. I have NO problems eating snacks (mentally, I mean). I guess it's a sort of mental "rule breaking".

Your list is really good. If you don't like the EAS, maybe something else will work? A hot cereal with the protein mixed in? That's what I've been doing. The warm just helps my pouch.
