Accountabilty Wednesday
Well, I finally dusted myself off and feel much better after the dumping episode yesterday on something as simple as Chili Relleno...Yikes. I will never (raises hand) eat Chili Relleno again!
I had the following for eats yesterday:
oatmeal, soy protein, tvp, soy milk, coffee
1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham deli meat, 1 medium nectarine
1 Tina's Burrito, Bean and Beef
1 NASTY chili relleno
(big pause here while I slept it off...)
Later for dinner:
4 oz steak, 1/4 cup mixed vegetables and 1/2 cup NSA Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1690
Fat: 72
Carbs: 147
Protein: 121
I didn't get anywhere near my water in at all. This shows me most of my eating is in the morning and most of my drinking must be in teh afternoon...
So? How did you all do on a FINE Wednesday?

L-3 tbsp. peanut butter, 14 pretzels, and 14 carrots
s-south beach bar
s- popcorn (mini with butter)
s-zone bar
d-2 pieces of Tyson honey bbq chicken strips, half cup peas
s-reeses fast break bar (bad)
I fell asleep in the chair and when I woke up at 1:00 in the morning I ate a zone bar-UGGGGGGG

Ok, let's see. I did good til late last night!
8 oz Coffee with splenda and half n half
1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled with ham and cheese
1 slice of Lite wheat toast with spray butter
Peach
WW yogart
Protein shake
Campbells soup at hand.. chicken noodle
3 oz grilled steak strips, cheese, peppers and onions
Low carb wheat tortillia
1 tbsp. of steak sauce
4 Asparagus spears
Steamed broccoli
Diet hot chocolate made with 8 oz cc milk
South beach diet protein cereal bar
Then I couldn't sleep last night and started munching..
Handful of Hot pork skins, 1 oreo cookie, handful of RF cheeseitz! That was over an hour.
