Has this happened to you?

I know this has probably been spoken about a lot, but I just had to ask.  I'll be 2 years next month and have noticed I gained over 10 pounds from my lowest weight.  I haven't changed anything.  I still do the same routine I did a year ago.  I noticed the weight gain after my bout of trying to get pregnant.  We did IVF twice back to back.  The weight came on, but didn't come off.  I don't know what to do.  I've tried to increase exercising and protein, but to no avail.  Is this where I will stay?  Any thoughts?

Thsi did happen to me, however I was naughty, unlike you it seems.  Just a thought...I'm assuming you were on hormone injections of some type while trying IVF???  If I remember correctly, don't they have the potential to cause havoc with our systems including weight gain?

I'm guessing you need something to jump start the weight loss, such as a change in routine and you'll be back down where you were in no time.

Just my two cents worth!  Good luck!

If you dont have any bad habits to erraticate, learn to love the new weight and move on Bethany. Extra dieting and exercising is such a mind trap I hope to avoid for the rest of my life. Being a healthy weight includes mental health too :P

You look awesome and are doing all the right things so obviously your body wants to weigh a little more. Dont fret pet!

You've probably experienced the dreaded rebound. It's common at around 2 years post-op. I had one myself and I'm having to learn to live with it, unless I absolutely starve myself, which I ain't gonna do.
