Chili Relleno = Dumping? WHY?

I'm 2 and a half years (well, over two years, NEARLY two and a half years) out.

What just happened here? I ate a Chili Relleno for lunch...A single one off the Ala Carte menu and I got so sick! Hot all over...Nasea...diareah, Seriously dumping but why?

Live and learn. I know better than to try something new at lunch.

fried foods are hit and miss with me. Also eggs do not sit well. Chilli Relleno is an egg batter that is deep fried. As much as I love them, I have been scared to try them since surgery.

That's got to be it. I didn't know it was fried....Someone told me that this morning and, of course, the light went off...DUH! Well, I'll never have Chili Relleno's again unless I make them myself and "gently" fry them...
