right now 1290 cal and 81 proteins

Thanks for posting! We had a car break down at lunch when my husband came to take me out to lunch so he ran home in my car and left the dead player in our parking lot to go get the truck and trailer. So we hit the restaurant on the way home but we're running alittle late...Sigh...Nothing ever runs smooth around here but, hey, I got another meal out today. That's always a good thing. Dinner tonight and left overs to take to lunch tomorrow...Yumo!

10:30 am (Beef Stew) 4 oz braised pot roast, ½ boiled carrot (gave the potatoes and gravy to the dog!)
11:30 am 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
12:30 pm chicken breast sandwich. figured 4 oz grilled chicken breast and essentially a hamburger bun
1:00 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
3:00 pm 1 package Sun Chips, Harvest Cheddar
3:30 pm 1 medium orange, Protein Bar, Balance Organic

It's just practice. Days when I don't keep track, it's easy to stay on track cuz it's a habit. One secret is something I figured out from smokers. Smokers (since I used to be one years ago) will light up as soon as they get in the car. I carry a bottle of flavored water as I get in the car and drink it as I drive. That adds 48 ounces of water to my morning and evening commute..The hard thing is to wait after I eat so I keep close track of that. While I'm at my desk at work, I email the list to myself and then reply to add stuff as I eat it. My list is right on my computer screen just a click away.

I had a good eating day except my carbs are a little high! That 100 calorie granola bar was so not worth it but I wanted something sweet last night when I got home. Oh well.. lesson learned!

s...carrot cake...I know sugar makes me deadly sick but I do it anyway. I thought just a little tiny see through piece wouldn't make me sick...well I puked and puked and dumped and was so sick....
so I got to thinking that everytime I look at it I want it and I am the only one in the house that eats it. I don't believe in throwing out food but the cats and the animals outside got the cake lastnight. I don't know why I even bought it. Just sometime I think I am normal and can eat normal......I am not normal I can't eat over 3 grams of sugars........I just hope the cats don't dump on it lol....Seemed like I was sick everytime I ate yesterday. Just one of those days.

Yesterday was OK-another munchy day where I ate every hour it seemed. If I want to get to goal my calories and carbs need to go lower, but it wasn't all that bad:
