I'm the QUEEN of SF Candy...At easter I stocked up on Sugar Free Peeps..I can hardly wait for Easter again..I'm gonna buy a whole case. They don't taste as good later when they're "stale" but they're still good. I'm thinking of contacting the "Just Born" candy company and see if they have sugar free peeps in the bats and ghosts coming out this year...I would sure love that.

If I ever get around to making the sugar free marshmallows from the recipes that I've found, I bet I would love those too but I'm just too lazy for that stuff so far.

Been doing really good with my eating for the pass couple of days...not snacking and staying focused!  I'm afraid to get on the scale...no exercise today.

EM  -  EAS Carb Control Protein Shake   17g

B -      Oatmeal w/ splenda, margarine  4.1g

MS -   Small Chef Salad  19g
           (ate while waiting for Mom in the car, got the salad from Wawa
             normally I would have gotten candy or something, but not today)

L -      2 oz Meatball w/ 1/2 cuo of cabbage   10.9g

D -      3oz. Chicken w/tossed salad  33g

ES -    Dannon Yogurt Starwberry Banana Smoothie  5g

Your numbers look awesome. Good choices..Keep the water up and move around. Moving around is my problem too. With the Wii I'm finding fun ways to keep moving. Last night I tried Hula Hoop...I'm TERRIBLE at it but I'll definitely try it again...

B) EAS drink
L) 3 oz chicken, tablespoon boiled cabbage, 2 tablespoons mac and cheese, 1 tablespoon green beans, cornbread
S) 1/2 cup veggie soup, 1/2 tuna sandwich on toast, trimmed of crust
D) Toppings off 3 slices pizza, so yummy
S) Laughing Cow cheese wedge with 4 Melba Garlic rounds, and 6oz Skinny Cow chocolate milk

I already have my 1/2 chicken cut up and marinating for a pineapple glaze grilled chicken tomorrow night, I'll eat the leg, my husband will finish the rest! I plan on a vegetable rice pilaf, and probably sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

VERY BAD DAY HERE IT GOES.
B; Good 2 eggs and 3 bacon
L: here is were it goes bad
     3 slices of pizza i whole and the topping of the other 
     1 dite soda dr. pepper
      1 totsie rool mini
D: hand full of popcorn shrimp
     handfull of baked FF
     3 baked onion rings
     and SF punch
S: HB egg
S: apple with PB
I only got in 24oz of water and no vit. dang it

Oh oh...The water did you in. LOL. I don't think you did too bad. Just not enough water. I think since you had the pizza it might have been the trigger that wanted more carbs..

Give it a fresh start tomorrow and see what happens. It's not the end of the world...You get do-overs every day!

Once again I ate way more carbs than I had planned on. I ate all day long! We went to a restaurant for a friend's birthday and I ended up having a (delicious) ****tail and his mom's homemade blueberry crisp with a scoop of ice cream. I have the will power of a gnat. Anway, here was my day:
1 protein drink (Chamion whey stack)
2 americanos with half and half-one of them was decaf
1 cup suisse mocha instant decaf sugar-free coffee stuff
flaxmeal low-carb bread with a dab of butter
cup of homemade chicken soup with low-carb veggies and 1 oz cheese
1 roasted chicken drumstick
1 pumpkin souffle (recipe from Eggface)
BBQ beef, no sauce, 2oz, with 2 fried shrimp and a bibb salad with green goddess dressing
1 cosmo ****tail
blueberry crisp with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Calories: 2,123
Protein: 112g
Carbs: 138g

I don't see anything bad, really...But I bet that crisp was yummy and well worth it..Tomorrow is another day, so start over with a clean slate and we'll see you then..
