Hubby's doing much better. It calmed down bunches after he had the cataract surgery. The next one has been put off until the 30th...That's okay cuz now it's AFTE R the wedding and reception. He was thinking of doing it after the wedding but before the reception and that about killed me..LOL.

Your numbers always look phenomenal! Are those the canned mandarin oranges or fresh? We aren't getting those yet but I looked in my cupboards and I have room for more cans (LOL).

light syrup canned. I drain and rinse the syrup off. sometimes they bother me, but usually I can eat them.  I am the finger fruit kind of gal, I'll eat mandarin oranges but not peel an orange. Yes, I am weird.  Thanks for the encouragement.  I can only keep doing the best I can and not worry about the scale. I know I am making good choices.

I absolutely LOVE a peeled grapefruit. I have to take the membranes off too (the inner peel) and all the white stuff but I love grapefruit that way.

Tangerines are so easy to peel too but the season is so short. I've renewed my love affair with fresh fruit since surgery. I couldn't have it for six months and I missed it so bad...Now I have two pieces of fresh fruit a day...I buy 10 pieces each weekend so that I'll have it for the lunches during the week.

Good numbers on both days. Since I can't eat the same thing every day, I can't expect my numbers to be the same every day...logical.

Do you think maybe it was drinking more that kept your calorie numbers down on Wednesday? I think it helps me. It definitely puts my calories higher on the days I can't get the water in.

Halloween is the BEST time to find sugar free candy and stock up...Christmas and Easter too. Find some sugar free and go NUTS...Bring your own bowl and stick with that.

LIma beans for lunch...Cool. I love lima beans and I think I have room in the pantry now.
Keep up the good work...

Thanks for the advise on bringing my own SF candy to work. That's a great idea. I never have a lot, just a few peices over the 8 hours that I'm here but SF candy would be better!

I never really liked lima beans but my mom made a crock pot full and they were yummy! I'm suprised at the amout of carbs in them.
