No Wii tonight...I'm actually sore. So I cleaned tanks instead. two huge hermit crab tanks...Lots of action tonight.
Here is my day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup Motts Fruit Medley, 1 cup plain soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink, Tropical
8:00 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Cran-Peach
8:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc deli ham, 1 medium pear
9:30 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Cran-Peach
10:15 am Stew including 3.5 oz roast beef, ½ boiled potato, 1 boiled carrott
11:30 am 1 Protein Bar, SoBe Crispy Meal Replacement
12:30 am 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange (would rather have Grapefruit but whaddyagonnado?)
2:15 pm 16 wheat crackers and 3 oz grilled chicken breast
3:15 pm 1 medium orange
4:15 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/2 cup mashed potato, 1/2 cup cauliflower

I got up this morning and found I'm losing ground. I weight 140, down from 145-147. I don't seem to be able to eat as much as I could a year ago. I did have a partial small bowel obstruction last month, probably was working on that from a few weeks-months before it surfaced. All my tests look good, all my operated parts are where they should be and stoma size is good. Pouch is still around 4-5 oz total ( so they say, but I can drink 8-10 oz easily).
I've increased fats and carbs, but I just can't really get in the quanity. Never thought I'd be on this side of the weight question!
B) EAS drink
L) Buffet, few bites of - fried catfish, HB steak w/ gravy, rice, fried okra, cornbread, salad. Actually, 2 bites of everything and I was DONE! A buffet is a waste for me.
D) 2oz blackened talipia, 1/2 baked sweet potato, maybe 2 oz salad, 2 bites of a great yeast roll, with real butter. YUM
S) 6oz skim milk, 8-10 combos snacks, pizza flavor

Maybe increase the fat in the milk? Instead of skim, go with 2% and see if that adds something. I know that I can eat full fat foods most of the time (except pork, sausage especially) and it doesn't bother me.
Also, I know the reason why you can drink more liquids..The stoma doesn't stop liquids at all. It's more like a funnel than a stop for liquids. In my case, I can drink liquids right up to when I start eating. Nothing stays in my pouch (liquid). But give me dense protein and that's hard to eat.
If you want to gain some weight, eat the slider foods first. Like the mashed potatoes and cornbread...cottage cheese, refried beans, beans that are well cooked..sweet potato. Then the meat...THEN the salad. You'll find that the slider foods fit better and slide out of the pouch quicker. If you put the meat in first, nothing goes anywhere until that meat is softer and can go through the pouch..

I went out to dinner for Ethiopian food last night and was surprised to actually find those dishes on the daily plate! I love that site. I had more caffeine and carbs than I should have-I was very munchy all day.
2 americanos with half and half
Suisse mocha decaf sugar free instant coffee-1
Black tea-1
1/2 serving low-carb flaxmeal bread with 1/2 tsp low-sugar rasp. jam and 1/2 tsp butter
Chicken-cabbage-roasted tomato-yam stew, low carb, with 1 oz cheese
1 teriyaki chicken thigh with 1 cup steamed cabbage and broccoli
Ethiopian food-injera, lentils, alecha wat-had to guess at quantities
Sugar free pudding made with Calorie Countdown milk-1 cup (this is two servings-I need to not have this around because even though it's a "diet" food I tend to overdo it)
7 trader joe's animal crackers

I love lentils...I've never had ethiopian food before. I would have to find a place around here (in the sticks, I don't see it happening anytime soon but maybe...) The totals look really good. Keep up the good work.

Snack - Fuzzy navel protein shake
Lunch - Pizza made with a multigrain english muffin, pizza sauce, and reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese (not as good as regular pizza but still tasty!), and a reduced sugar yogurt
Dinner - Grilled shrimp and a side salad with low cal dressing
Snack - String cheese and an orange
64 oz of water
30 minute walk
