I'm super late on this one but I got my birthday present this afternoon and I've been on the Wii Fit, skiing (of all things)...Totall addictive. I'm so spoiled.

Here's my day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
6:30 am oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, soy milk, fruit cup
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink mix, Tropical
8:00 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc deli ham
10:30 am Smart Ones, Rigatoni and Chicken plus 2.5 oz chicken breast leftovers, ate less than half the pasta...
11:00 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:30 am 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
1:00 pm 1 package Sun Chips, Harvest Cheddar
1:30 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Raspberry lemonade
2:30 pm 1 medium orange 3:00 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
4:00 pm Dannon Fit n Light, 4 oz
4:30 pm 24 oz Wylers PInk Lemonade
5:30 pm 6 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/8 cup canned corn, 1/4 of a small baked potato
8:15 pm 2 Tablespoons of chunky peanut butter on a slice of home made wheat bread, toast

 I like wii fit too!!!
1452 cals.
hummus and tortilla, chicken tenders, 4 protein shakes, sf peppermint patty, oatmeal with raisins, tortilla with cheese.  worked out 90  mi n.
way over 137 grams of protein.
have been tired lately, think I may need to add more b12

My Wii fit age is 47...Not too bad for someone who will be 50 in less than 14 days...And hubby got on and his Wii fit age is 58...Not shabby for a man who is 65...

And our BMI's are both really good. Mine is 20.1 and his is 19.98 (good year..the year of my mustang..LOL)

I'm such a spoiled little skinny *****LOL.

I DIDN'T DO GOOD EATING THE LAST 2 DAYS SO I LOST AND HAD TO MAKE UP FOR IT FOR MY PROMIS TO MY CHILDREN. SO FOR MONDAY I HAD

L....TOASTED DELI TURKEY AND CHEESE ON WHEAT. ATE THE WHOLE THING.

S...PACK OF LANCE BEANUTBUTTER CARACKERS. IT WAS A 6 PACK 190 CALS.

D..1 YEAST ROLL,MAC AND CHEESE,ALREADY COOKED TURKEY BREAST FROM HARRIS TEETER.

LATE NIGHT SNACK....AND YES I KNEW BETTER AND YES I FELT LIKE CRAP BUT I ATE A SMALL SLICE OF CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. WITH WALNUTS ON IT.

I WEIGHED THIS MORNING AND I HAD PUT ON 1 POUND. GOT LOTS TO GO TO MAKE MY CHILDREN AND MY DOCTOR PROUD OF ME. AND TO MAKE ME HEALTHY. GOT IN ALL MY WATER. I AM AND I CAN DO THIS. I LOVE MY CHILDREN THAT MUCH AND I EVEN LOVE MYSELF. I HAVE NOT SAID THAT IN A VERY,VERY LONG TIME.  IT HELPS ME TO POST WHAT I HAVE EATEN. IT LOOKS BETTER WHEN I WRIGHT IT DOWN.

You're looking to gain weight, I gather. Probably a good idea to do some protein for breakfast. Can you add protein to that coffee or protein with the cereal? That might make your day more front heavy and have you gain from good carbs instead of the bad ones (carrots=good but cake=bad) LOL.

Also, are you exercising at all? You might build up some muscle which weighs alittle more and cause that scale to go up for you. If you post your list on something like fitday or dailyplate it will show you what areas you need to increase.

Yeah, you gotta love yourself first..Like they say in the airplane safety talks. Put the oxygen mask on yourself first. If you don't save yourself first, you can't be any good to your kids..

Yes I gotta gain some weight. I am anorexic and bulimic and to get better I got to gain weight or die. The doctor told me to eat anything I wanted it didn't matter what it was as long as it was full of calories. I have been fighting for my life for 3 years now. I can't do sugar but the doctor said I had to start adding sugar. My sugar was way low. I have never had problems with my blood sugar before. And I walk a little. I can't do to much exercising my body is so broken up. I am 44 years old with the body of a 100 year old lady. And that is what the doctor told me. So I am on my way of getting better. I am tired of being like this. I would rather be fat again than feeling and looking like this. And I only blame myself for all of this. I did it to myself. Now I got to fix myself. I just can't leave my kids. I refuse to die from this. I am a strong woman to be so old and small.

Yes. You can increase the sugars slowly and handle it. i know I can handle them better now than I used to but I don't need to so I don't increase them.

Definitely need to add something to your coffee...And your water...And your food...LOL. You need to eat like I am at 2000 calories or so a day. Most people just can't do it because they need to lose weight. It's harder to gain for us.

I recently added a cup of fruit sauce to my oatmeal in the morning and pare up cheese sticks wrapped in deli meat with a piece of fruit (albeit small like a plum, since my pouch is so small) but I've graduated to larger pieces of fruit like a medium peach or nectarine..And nuts...How about peanuts? Those are good as a snack too.

You keep up the good work and keep eating. Set the timer and eat every hour if you need to eat small portions...You can do this. For yourself AND for your kids..

Good morning all!  I hate it when the first thing in the morning my husband starts preaching to me about money and how I need to not spend his paycheck before we even get it!What makes me angry is he always says the house looks nice and thanks me when I have everything we need but when he sees that I spent money on it he gets mad.  Sorry I didn't mean to start this post off like this but he just left for work and I wanted to talk about him!  Anyway back to the matter at hand.
B1-protein coffee
B2-2 eggs with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
S-peanut butter butter cookies (half of a package)
L-salad with a third can of tuna, onion, tomato, 1 tbsp almonds, dried cherries, dried cranberries, and dressing
S-9 baby carrots dipped in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
D-2 pieces of fried crappie
the rest of the package of peanut butter cookies
S-south beach bar banana and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.  This was after working out--walking 35 min (jog/walk) and weight lifting.
calories-1130 before workout 1225 after
protein-87 (not enough but I just couldn't bring myself to drink a shake last night)  You all have a great day and God bless, Penni

Obviously something is bothering him...That sucks.

Your list looks good though..And the work out does wonders for your body AND your mind...I'm starting really slow on the wii cuz, frankly, I'm seriously out of SHAPE...LOL

Yesterday was a good day-I think that since I've cut back on real coffee it's helping me eat less. I wanted to get another shake in last night, but ate too much meat for dinner and that was it for the night. Here's what I had:

1 cup suisse mocha sugar free instant decaf coffee
flaxmeal low-carb bread with butter-1/2 serving
1 americano with 2 Tbl half and half
1 protein drink-Champion whey stack chocolate
chicken-cabbage-onion-yam stew (low carb) with 1 oz. colby jack cheese. I ate this twice yesterday.
4 oz pork chop with gravy
1/4 c. butternut squash

Calories: 1,062
Protein: 109g
Carbs: 34g
