How many grams of protein do you eat a day?

I shoot for over 100 grams of protein a day. I rarely fall short of that and usually pu**** to close to 150 grams a day. But my calories are about 2000 a day. On a really good day my calories are 1500 and my protein is close to 150...Most times I'm just happy with over 100 a day.

I eat my protein first. then I have some veggies. I leave the carbs (bread, pasta, rice) till I'm just about full so I'm only having a bite or two...Tonight I actually had a slice of homemade wheat bread toast with peanut butter for dessert..I had lots of room for the calories and didn't need much more protein.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I usually get about 80-120 a day mostly on the upper side.  I feel good if I get over 100.  To do that I have to drink shakes and eat protein bars along with food, I just can't get it all in with just food.  Good luck to you and God bless, Penni

I looked back at my thedailyplate posts and it seems I take in around 90g daily~that's an average~some days more, some days less but always more than 70 and not usually over 100. I eat around 1800cal daily.

I do 180g + in protein supps (whey, made with water). I'll be 14 next week and still weigh under 110.

Have no idea what I eat in protein, since it doesn't make any difference to labs or weight for me.
