Mandy-

That is AWESOME!! You are an inspiration!

I am 7 years out, and have become lax in my eating habits over the past few years, but I am doing the right thing recently...behaving like I had surgery! I feel so much better in every way when I do, and my weight is starting to drop again.

Melissa (-2.5 lbs this week...it's a start!)

It is so nice to see stories like yours.  I will be out 3 years Nov. 4 and I am doing great also.  I do have to work on it and for people who say that this is an easy fix need to be smacked in the head because it is not easy.  Yes, the first year and a half is easy but then if you don't keep it up I can see how you could gain it all back.  It truly is a tool and I love it.  You have a great day and do something nice for yourself.  Don't reward yourself with food!  God bless, Penni

I will be 5 years out in November. I recently gained 25 pounds. I maintained for 4 years. I was almost below goal. I had to eat for a while to stay at 125.
Then i was diagnosed with hyper thyroid. Yes mine was the oposite of most peoples. I gained weight instead of loosing. I was put on meds to slow the thyroid down and, wham i gained 25 pounds....
It is still here.
I recently had to get 8 fillings in my teeth. they think my body is pulling from my system the calcium it needs.
I am on vitamin D also to bring it up.
Any ideas???
Congratulations to all...
