I did not do to good today on my meals
B-- 1 cup of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer

d-healthy choice chicken strips,green beans
my midnight snack- s/f tiny slice of apple pie.
I did get in all my water and meds.
Just had the blues and didn't even move much.

I've sure been there! When I was placed on administrative leave and found out my friends at work were told NOT to talk to me...I didn't eat for about 24 hours...I layed around and watched (stared) at television all day...

My totals for Sunday were:

Calories 1918
Protein: 117

Not too bad. I didn't have good luck with my second breakfast. Something about the hashed browns didn't agree with me but it was better than the chorizo I had on Saturday...That just about killed me.

Note to self: start the day off right and the rest of the day just seems to fall in place on it's own!

Hi everyone! Yesterday I was doing great until we went to my brother's for dinner and I gave into temptation in a big way. I wasn't able to eat the pork roast-it just wouldn't go down, so I ended up eating carbs instead. I don't regret it, though-after logging the damage, I realized it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. And oh man, it was SO delicious. Thank god for my surgery-there's only so much stuff we can eat in a short time! Here's what I had yesterday:
2 protein drinks
2 americanos with half and half
1/2 c cottage cheese with 1 tsp low-sugar rasp. jam
low-carb flaxmeal bread with butter
Lunch: cobb salad
Dinner: mashed potatoes with butter
2 "Grand" biscuits with marionberry jam
1 scoop Baskin Robbins gold medal ribbon ice cream
Trader Joe's animal cookies
Calories: 2,344
Protein: 128g
Carbs: 173g

Was out of town for the weekend and ate horribly! I should be ashamed to post but I wanna see it all written down.  I went to Savannah Georgia to the pride festivle and had a good time. We walked all day long!!

Here it is...

Saturday:
2 Cups of Coffee
Pack of spicy peanuts
6 inch Turkey Sub with lots of raw veggies from subway
1/2 a pack of peanut M&M's
1 Graham Cracker w/ 1 tbsp of LF peanut butter on it
4 Chicken Nuggets from McDonalds
Side salad w/ 1/2 pack of Lite ranch dressing
2 Lite beers
1 "Adult" drink.. used diet coke, if that really matters... LOL
1 Small bag of FF lays

Sunday:
Shrimp & Grits.. a true southern breakfast at Paula Deans!
Scrambled eggs
Grilled Chicken Sammy
Carrot Sticks and FF ranch
Low Carb mango Protein smoothie from Smoothie King
1/4 C. Shrimp fried rice
1/2 C. Beef n broccoli
1/2 an Egg roll
Thin slice of lemon pound cake


Had a fun weekend buy my tummy felt horrible when I got home last  night and I gained 1.5 lbs!!

I feel you Kay....I was away for the weekend also and came back home only to spent the day with my Mom who is 85 yrs young helping her with shopping and her doctors visit.  A day with Mom is like a full day of work, and a trip to Mom's favorite restaurant...Old Country Buffet.  My weekend eating left something to be desired, but today although I didn't write anything down, I don't think I did too bad.

B - Grits w/ cheese
L -  Baked Chicken w/ Green Beans (ate at Country Buffet)
       Sm piece of carrot cake (scraped icing off the top)
S -  EAS Protein Shake
D -  (2) Pieces of Boiled Spareribsw/ steamed cabbage
        (made my tummy hurt)
S -  2oz Grilled Chicken Strips w/ tossed salad
S -  EAS Protein Shake

Worked out w/ Personal trainer 45mins
