5day pouch test
I personally think it would be ok.. if not better than sugar free pudding... cause it's full of protein... it's the same consistency, and not high in calories....perhaps a personal choice...I think with the 5 day pouch test you have to stay SUPER strict with EXACTLY what they say, or use your discression with what "makes sense"...not trying to cheat the system, but what really makes sense, did the inventers of the 5dpt know exactly what foods are going to be perfect and which are not? So you need to decide whether tofollow it to the letter, or in a way that is still successfull....and creates the same result. Personally, I would eat greek yogurt over the pudding anyway...as it makes more sense to me nutrition wise. but I wouldnt' eat it over the sf jello..cause jello is calorie free. If you're j ust trying to get the newbe feeling back I wouldn't think it would matter, if you're hoping to lose some lbs during the 5dpt process I would think choosing ssf jello over calorie ladden items would be preferable. But that's just my personal take on it!
Good luck.
Good luck.

Before/Lowest/Current/Goal I have come too far to take orders from a cookie!
I have a yogurt every morning for breakfast when doing the 5 day pouch test. I did it last week and lost 11 pounds. This is what I ate:
Day 1: B-yogurt
9:30 am protein shake
11:00 1/2 can cream of chicken soup and s/f pudding
2:00 pm protein shake
4:00 s/f jello
6:00 pm1/2 can cream of chicken soup and sugar free pudding
8:00n protein shake
I also doubled my exercise for the week.
Good luck.
