Everyone loses at a different rate so there really is no "normal" per say. I found my hunger came back at about a year post op, but it usually does return for most of us (although there are a few that say they still don't have the hunger sensation). My best advice is to continue to do all the good things you've been doing for the past 9mths and follow dr's orders to the T~keep pushing dense protein first, no drinking with meals and at least 30/30 before and after, exercise and get plenty of liquids between meals shooting for at least 64oz, take your vits, etc. Weightloss is a race that's won over time so as long as the scale continues to go downward, don't stress too much! Also, how much would you still like to lose? The closer we get to our goals, the more the weightloss will slow. Hang in there and good luck!!!!!!!!
