Again, no fitday. I think I did pretty good though!

AM:
16 oz Coffee w/ half & half and splenda
1 boiled egg
2 turkey sausage links

Snack:
Necterine

Lunch:
2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, FF mayo in a Low carb wheat wrap
Garden salad w/ FF italian dressing

Snack:
1 chocolate chip cookie

Dinner:
1 Cup Of penne wheat pasta w/ shrimp, chicken and spinach
1 bite of a wheat roll.. too heavy for my tummy

Snack:
Protein shake

Ooh, those work parties are the worst! Yesterday I was eating lunch in our work kitchen, and someone plunked down several boxes of krispy kremes and assorted bagels right in front of me, that were left over from a meeting. I had to leave the room because I couldn't handle it! Good for you for being honest-today you can get right back on track-you'll be fine.

Ah, The stress is off now...for a while. The first hurdle was the pre-op physical and that's done...Now the blood test (tomorrow) and then the first cataract surgery...I swear, hubbies are so like having small children. He assured me he was a big boy but when I showed up at the doctor's office (because I didn't trust him) he was ready to run away instead of stay for the doctor...He's got emphasema and an enlarged prostate (which I would NEVER have heard about had I let him be a "big boy") So now we're off and running again tomorrow...Whew. My second motherhood.

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Living Protein Drink Mix
8:00 am 10 oz SoBe Living Drink Mix
8:15 am 1 small empanada, banana, 1 oz cheese stick
9:30 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:30 am 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, ½ cup mixed canned veggies, ½ italian tomato.
11:00 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:30 AM 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Tangerine Strawberry
12:30 pm 16 oz Plain Water
1:00 pm 1 medium peach
2:00 pm 1 SoBo Crispy Meal Bar
3:00 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Tangerine Strawberry
4:00 pm 24 oz Crystal Light Focus, Citrus Splash
4:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Grapefruit Flavor

Protein shake, 1/4 of salad w/ cheese, about 15 fries (I know), protein shake, saltines, three vitamins so far....I know, I know...just had TT so getting back into eating again slowly...
