5DPT QUESTIONS

Ok...sometimes I seriously think I am deficient in something because I just can comprehend things.  Today seems to be another one of those days?

I'm currently doing the 5DPT.  I'm finishing up with day 2.  Now, my menu basically consisted of protein shakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then some sf pudding as my snacks.  Although tonight I am going to have creamy chicken soup for a twist.

Now, tomorrow I begin soft protein....sooooooo, does that mean I give up the protein drinks and and pudding and ONLY have soft protein?

No, you can add the new foods on days 3, 4, & 5 to the shakes, puddings, jello, etc., that you're already allowed.  At least this is the way I understood it--from what others posted & how I did it!  Boy, was I ever glad to get to Day 3 and get some "real" food!!!

Thanks Jo.  I'm not having a hard time.  It's actually pretty easy for me.  Guess it just shows that the good old pouch definitely still works if I can survive on just liquids with no problem!

I started today and forgot how hard it was going to be but I guess that is a sign of how far off the beaten path I was.
I have survived so far but did have 1 piece of cheese a bit ago as I am just starving.
I need the carb cleanse like nobody knows so the little cheat could have been worse.

Hi Jennifer.  I'm in the same boat as you with the carb cleanse.  It is unbelievable.  So far so good.
