I Finally Did It....
Somebody get me a chair so I can sit down
(LOL)....I walked 4 miles in 1 hour. The heavy rains and storms we had over the weekend kept me from my usual little 3/4 of mile walk. I decided to dust off this VHS tape and put on the "Walk Away the Pounds" high calorie burn video...used her routine but pumped it up a bit using 5lb. weights instead of 2lbs. and OH MY GOSH. The routine is only for 30mins., but I restarted the tape and continued on with the workout. I used it again this morning and will run it again tonight for an addition to my workout.
To those of us that have gotten lazy or looking for something different, or when the weather just keeps you from getting out....use and exercise video or just put on some bummin' jams get out the weights and MOVE. You'd be surprised at the calories we can burn!!!! Hellllooooo you know who you are!!
