I was busier than a one-armed paperhanger today!  I had a long day at school (left at 4:45), picked up my DD, brought her home to DH, and rushed out to a Silpada meeting (I sell jewelry).  Here's my day in food:

B - Bacon/Egg/Cheese on 1/2 croissant and a lg iced coffee w/ cream & sugar from Dunkin Donuts
L - 4 oz mozzarella, 4 oz pepperoni chunks, 1/2 c. grapes, 3 Chessmen cookies, 1 pomegranate greek yogurt from Trader Joe's
D - Banana scream protein shake made with 2 **** & 1 c. half&half
S - guacamole w/chips at the meeting, chocolate covered grapes (about 10)!
S - another Banana scream shake

Standard disclaimer:  I'm a consistently maintaining DSer.

Boy! I needed that encouragement and the reminder that my calories have been low for quite some time..See wha****ching and taking notice does for people? I don't feel nearly so guilty now for the 2530.,..

ONLY 90 minutes of kung fu...LOL. YOu do so good. I'm lucky if I get a mile of walking in a day. I'm thinking when it's not so blasted hot, I'll start walking on my lunch rather than sitting in the lonely computer room checking WLS postings..
