anyone use herbalife products for weight loss ?

I use to be a herbalife distributer before WLS 2 years ago. I would like to get back on them again because I have gained about 15 pounds. I always felt really good, the vitamins are awesome. I have had a problem with taking pills since WLS but its getting alot better now. Deb

I've thought about using herbalife...but I didn't lose weight with it before surgery... so I've hesitated using it now after surgery, however I respond to things a little differently now, and the weight I need to lose isn't as drastic of course as before surgery. Let me know what you do and how it works!

Hi Leslee havent heard from you in a while. I use to use herbalife way before WLS and I did lose like 40 pounds but then quit using it and gained it all back plus. I did order some last week, but I didnt get the shake stuff, because its soy protein and we need whey.They dont have the green and beige anymore they have what they call total control, which is thermogenic to control eating. I have been taking it for about 4 days now and its working, I havent weighed myself but am definetly not snacking as much. I also got the cell u loss, thermobond, calcium and multi vitamins. I ordered it online, no need for a personal ditributer anymore. How are you doing, I think about you often because you and I share the same issues (if you know what I mean). I still struggle with the alcohol thing but not as bad, Im really getting it under control, I know that has alot to do with the weight gain. Its amazing the 15 pounds I have gained feels like 50, very uncofortable. With the weather cooling down I put on a pair of jeans the other day and they are really "snug", and I hate it. I started using it recently again and it has definitely helped the energy level.  I am two years out and gained back about 15 pounds.

I used the Protein Drink mix and it's isolate protein, not as high as unjury, but you can supplement it with unjury and still get all the benefits.

They have also started opening up "smoothie" shops around where we are, it is a great way to stop and get a protein shake when you are running around on the go.  The nice thing is that they offer alot of syrups and flavorings (SF) of course so that you don't have all the items to get something different.
