I'M IN LOVE.....
good carbs and bad carbs. these are more in the good carb area. I love my fruits too, but some say that the spike in su gar from the fructose could be dangerous. Jus****ch to see how your body reacts to the fruit. For some, its not good, for others ok. I agree to watch your carbs the rest of the day/ We do need things to keep us from the monster foods ! good job!!

Have you tried freezing your grapes? It's like little popsicles...just be careful not to answer the phone after eating those....your tongue tends to not cooperate!

I love fruit too, especially grapes, bananas, and cherries. I eat fruit every day b/c while it's not low carb, it is very nutritious. I do usually try to eat something with protein when I eat fruit, like I almost always eat a string cheese with grapes or I dice up a banana and eat it in some yogurt. I read somewhere that eating protein with carbs keeps the blood sugar from spiking.
