 yikes!!  That is not much food for you?  What about protein shakes>  Too little food puts us in starvation!!

I was doing alright until I decided to have popcorn drenched in real butter and then later on I had pretzels with peanut butter.  I hate it when I sabatage myself like that.

l-salad with a can of chicken, onion, cheese and dressing
s-cheese its
s-yogurt bar
d-protein coffee
d2-salad with can of tuna, tomato, dried cherries, onion, sliced almonds, dressing

 You were having a carb attack huh? Perhaps increasing your protein w ith dense protein or s hakes??

Breakfast: 3 Cups of coffee then WW Yogart

Snack: Plum & Couple handfuls of popcorn

Lunch: Smart Ones frozen dinner & Collard greens

Snack: 3 chocolate covered pretzels

Dinner: Grilled chicken sammy from Chick-fil-a

Snack: Protein Shake
Snack:#2 Hot chocolate w/ half a scoop of protein in it.
