HEY WLS GRADS...Where in the Heck is Everybody????

Oh Oh Oh...I remember those days...Our youngest is going to be 17 this fall and his first day of school is Thursday this week. He's on on-line schooling so all we wait for are his books...I have everything else assembled and his room ready. I turned his computer to face the door so we can watch his progress and if he closes the door too much, we'll just take it off the hinges and he'll lose whatever privacy he thought he had...heheheh. Moms are SO mean when they have to be.

But I've totally been where you are. Cheerleader; softball, choir daughter...Student Driver..yada yada yada..Gosh, I'm ever so glad that part of my life is over...And we can see a light at the end of the tunnel and they'll be GONE!

Rest up, Momma...You're gonna need it.

Wow Robin...its hard to believe its time for the kids to go back to school already...seems like a short summer. You don't really pay attention when you don't have school age children; that would be me!

Well, I'm going back to bed it a few so I can be well rested for work tonight, enjoy the rest of your weekend.

 Im here....went out to dinner at carabbas yesterday and forgot to post when I got home!  Up early singing at church, ate my left over steak for lunch and now am posting!  It was quiet yesterday on the boards wasn't it??  Getting ready to start work at 5pm, so I am going to watch a movie and catch a snooze before work.
Oh, have been practicing my kung fu too!!

We were all set to go to the Rural Olympics at the fair yesterday but it was 102 degrees with cloud cover (meaning humidity in the 30's) so there was NO way. We stopped outside the parking lot for the fair grounds and saw a young couple walking from the free parking to the gate and gave them our tickets...They looked happy about that, saved them $16...Made us happy too.

Then this morning we moved furniture in our son's room while he's at his friends house..Now my hip hurts and I'm probably going to take a nap later too...I cleaned carpet this morning too...So much for rest but I got alot done even before I took a nap..

It's okay Tami, you're allowed to forget eery now and then too.  Hope dinner was good...I worked until 12Noon today so I didn't get to go to church.  Hope you got some rest...I'm going to ride my Ellipical Bicycle see how long I can go and how many calories I can burn.  I've been slacking on the exercise.

I just stopped by to share my food for Saturday but nobody posted it.  The weather is not so good here. It's raining with thunderstorms and muggy.   I went to church this morning then came back and did a little laundry. Now I'm going to walmart for a few things then out to dinner with some friends.
