monday accountability- what did you eat today??

I think I did really good!  I also did a 30 minute exercise dvd.

Breakfast - Fuzzy navel protein shake and a string cheese

Lunch - Deli turkey and cheese on one slice of whole wheat bread, apple slices with pb

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, few bites of broccoli, few bites of a side salad

Snack - Slice of cheese with three multigrain crackers

64 oz of water
Blessed mommy of two boys!

 Hey...your cals, look a bit on the low side.  Did you figure it out?  Need to have enough, but not too much. your choices looked good though!!
