monday accountability- what did you eat today??

 90 min kung fu today. Ate good. fish fillet, cauliflower, 3 protein drinks, strawberries, cherries, oatmeal with raisin, 2 slices motz cheese. I think I might have some more oatmeal or something,maybe open face tuna or more motz.
How did your day go??

Hello, I did good today! I even walked 2.5 miles this morning.

Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon & 2 boiled egg whites

Snack:  Protein shake

Lunch: Special K protein cereal w/ 6 oz cc milk

Snack: WW Yogart, Cucumber slices and few baby carrots

Dinner: Steak, Broiled shrimp, Broccoli n cheese.

Snack: Low Carb Snicker marathon bar

* Also had 4 whole wheat saltines somewhere in there.

Still back on track!

B 1/2 c Fiber One
    1/2 c 1% milk
S  3/4  of a Low Carb Slimfast
L   3 oz grilled chicken breast w/small tossed salad ff dreesing
D  3 oz lean deli roast beef
S   SF Popscicle

Almost 4 years out and down 9.5 pounds in 13 days!

 nice, nice.....you're doing great! Probably low on the protein though...be careful you don't want to lose muscle mass!

Thanks for posting back so fast. I know I need to up my protien. I really want to stick to 3 meals a day but am afraid to increase my portions. I so want to lose my regain.

12:00 noon 1 pkg Pringles Sticks, Honey Wheat

1:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, 1/4 cup TVP

2:45 pm beef jerky,1/2 pack 1 oz

I had a wonderful time at the fair. Walked around and now my feet ache! Good for me. Tomorrow we go see the eye doctor and maybe address the cataract surgery…get him in there and get ‘er done!

I am up and saw this post and remembered that I hadn't posted on Monday accountability so I thought I would post yesterday's.
B-protein coffee
L-south Beach protein bar
L2-salad with half can of tuna, tomato, cheese dried cherries sliced almonds and lite dressing (poppy seed)
S-protein bar (atkins peanut butter toffee)
S-apple with peanut butter and cantalope
D-slice of whole made pizza with mushrooms, onion, and green peppers
S-sugar free vanilla ice cream and diet rootbeer (I am stuck on these)

Speaking of pop---do any of you drink it?  I never did for the first 2 and a half years and now I find myself having half a bottle almost everyday (diet of course)  Can this stretch my pouch?

 you did good today!  stretching pouch.....different opinions there. iknow that if we dont take in enough protein  our pouches send out little villi in search of nutrients, and in effect stretch the pouch. 
I did drink some soda here and there for a while, but decided that if there is any chance it could stretch things, it wasn't worth it to me.
