MONDAY ACCOUNTABILITY
Monday is over;yeah!!! I am taking tomorrow and Friday off this week so my work week is almost over! Average day for me, no exercise yet but am on the way to the park with my daughter and black lab. I plan on a mild walk; my knees are sore today; did too much yesterday. I have to get a better plan in place! I will do my third day of week three for the couch to 5 K tomorrow morning since I am off and I may skip Zumba depending on how my lknees feel.Hope everyone else had a nice day!
