Monday accountability- what did you eat today??

Yesterday, I had a pity party! It was just one of those days where I was cranky about always logging my food and not just eating what I want blah blah blah. More than anything I think I was just overwhelmed by suddenly realizing that working full time, while going to grad school full time, and still balancing healthy eating is going to be challenging. I made some freezable foods and regained a bit of confidence. Today is a more positive day.

B: banapple nut protein bar
S: chocolate protein cupcake
L: greens, beans, and chicken soup
S: chocolate protein cupcake
D: 5 Shrimp, 4 small scallops, and steamed vegetables.

 "it" does get to us doesn't it?  That's why its n ice to have friends who are sailing on the same sea as you are.

I did good yesterday. protein and cal's really good. Ok, here it is...

B~ Protein shake

S~ 8 oz Chocolate cc milk & SF Jello

L~ Turkey and Spicy mustard wrapped in a lettuce leaf (2) & Yogurt

S~ Sliced cucumbers w/ salt n pepper & SF Jello

D~ Baked Chicken, Broccoli n cheese and small garden salad w/ lite italian.

S~  8 oz Chocolate cc milk & 2 slices of Turkey

I had a good day yesterday:
Pre-B Coffee with cream
B- Chicken coconut curry soup with zucchini
S-Protein drink
L-Leftover moussaka (eggplant and beef casserole)
S-Coffee with cream
S-Beemster XO gouda cheese, 1 oz; 5 black grapes
D-"Eggface"'s chicken carbonara casserole, with cabbage
D-1/2 c cottage cheese with 6 mashed strawberries in it
Calories: 1,188
Protein: 104g
Carbs: 46g

I keep weighing myself now that I'm being so strict with the carbs, and the scale still isn't budging. I have to think about long-term success, though. Aargh!

Your need for it to be a protein drink doesn't make a lot of sense to me, since I get in over 100g of protein on less than 1000 calories-- can you explain? I add protein to pudding, yogurt and ice cream, but I don't like drinking it.
