I do exercise alot but the weight stays the same; but the clothes are looser so I will just keep trying! I have never made it to goal but hope to one day!
Yesterday was a relaxing day. Just did some exercise and hung around the house with Joe. It was nice to have a weekend to ourselves.
B: Chocolate protein cupcake
L: 1 serving greens, beans and chicken soup (on blog in today's post--18g protein!) and a skinless chicken leg.
D: 2 servings greens, beans and chicken soup.
S: chocolate protein cupcake
LNS: Banapple protein bar (on blog in last Thursday's post)
It was a pretty good day. I'm looking forward to more of the soup for lunch--yum!

You did good. When the weather breaks, I'm going to look into baking some of this high protein stuff like those cupcakes. I have a box of Pilsbury reduced sugar cake mix...where to I add the protein?

I think I might have to do a few of those reduced sugar cupcakes for my daughter's reception..>Just for me at my own table (probably her dad too) and of course, my dad...The protein is just an added benefit...for me. LOL.
Great ideas. AND I can practice with the cupcakes. FOR SURE.
