stress free saturday! what did you eat today?
Cleaned around the house and practiced kung fu a bit. Didn't count those cals though.
Ate eggplant parm 1/2 serving, oatmeal, 3 protein drinks, 1/2 glass wine, hummus and small flour tortilla, cauliflower, sf peppermint patty,

oatmeal and all that stuff this morning
3 egg souffle omelet with bacon, swiss and spinach
protein bar (nasty one, never have that kind again)
hamburger patty with a bun (probably the whole thing but I haven't decided yet)
1 serving of kettle corn popcorn.
Calories: 1613

And this is only if I eat that bun with the hamburger...I haven't decided yet or the popcorn. I may decide to skip that too...sigh...not too into food today.

Breakfast: 2 oz string cheese 4oz apple sauce 4 oz grapefruit.
Lunch: 2 oz oz s cheese, 1 cup tomatoes mixed with some onion, 1/8th cup wheat germ, 1 TBS olive oil, 1 TBS balsalmic vinegar.
Dinner: 2 oz chicken, 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups lettuce/tomato/onion (salad), 1 TBS wheat germ, 3 TBS blue cheese dressing.

So same thing as the day before..except for.. OOPS I let my guard down for 5 min at 11:00 last night, and ate 2 string cheese, once piece bread with a light layer of peanut butter and jam. so add what another 300 calories onto my day? (wow that adds up fast!!!)
So not a 100% day but is sure coulda been a LOT worse!

Had a fabulous day yesterday ~ Our Maine Board Forum had a summer gathering and it was a very positive experience!! We bonded, shared stories, took a lot of pictures and ate a lot too. I didn't log what I ate for the day as I really didn't keep track. I stopped when I felt full though which was an amazing feeling as usually at that type of gathering I eat until everything is gone.
