Friday Weigh-in
My lowest weight was 142 and my goal was 140 however in the past 6 months I have gained weight. Currently I am at 160 and I want to weigh between 145-150. I feel good at this weight and my clothes fit great at this weight. I don****ch calories that much but try to get 90-100 grams of protein each day and less than 100 grams of carbs, and avoid white carbs. I know one of my problems is I like to have a few drinks of vokda and light cranberry juices a few times a week and thats empty calories. I exercise 3-4 times a week.
I need suggestions. I know 15 lbs can turn into 30 and so forth and be back at 260lbs.
