give us more information. Are you eating well throughout the day? Where is your protein and over all intake? Are you out of control in just this area, or is this just the tip of the iceburg?
Its ok to plan in treats, I stay sugar free, so perhaps try that. Also,look into what else is going on, and lets adjust there as well.
If you don't keep it in the house its not so easy to graze on it. If you purposefully go out to get it, then we have to look at reasons as to why. Is it hunger or stress. or are you reverting to old habits of food as comfort? You'll have to tell us more so we can try to help.

I think it might actually be deeper. I will go out and purchase it, knowing it is not something that I really want to do or should do. Sick, right? I will graze on this, because I know I will get sick if I eat too much. I have gained 10 lbs in year 2. Not good. I do not write down what I eat. It is time to get back to the basics, right? This is just plain demoralizing. To go through surgery and still have problems? Humiliating. I would really appreciate any words of advice. It is even hard to put this in words.
I agree with Tracy B's words. Perhaps you need to go to counselling to find out the cause and deal with it. Why are you sabataging yourself? Because you feel unworthy? Because its easier to hide behind the fat? Because you don't want to deal with what's really going on?

You have to work on loving yourself and knowing who you are with God. You have to stop trying to please those around you, get off the worlds merry-go-round. Stop pretending and look within yourself and start loving yourself. You are not super woman, super worker, super mom, super wife. You are not June Cleaver and you do not have to keep up with the Jones!

I pray that God will fill you with His peace and give you the ability to look within and start healing some wounds you haven't wanted to face. That as each day comes, you will gain strength and insight....and stop hurting yourself. This is a battle that many of us have to face....in fact most of us. We can't go through it alone. For me, I need God by my side every inch of the way. I need groups like this one and a local support group to keep me on track.
We are here....keep searching and posting. Its a new day....things won't change over night, but we didn't go from crawling to a marathon either. Step by step.

If you go on the 5 day pouch tes, which is really going back to basic wls eating, it helps to lose the cravings for carbs/sugar. The first 2 days are totally liquid protein, but you can do more full liquid days if you need to. This helped me knock off the carb/sugar craving. Also, you just have to tell yourself that you will not eat this junk any more, simple and difficult at the same time. Distract yourself by drinking as much no calorie liquids as possible or do something active when you feel a craving coming on. Good luck.
