Last week  166 lbs
This week  167 lbs

Most of last weeks labs came back... hypothroidism ...again!  It took a huge crash...so it should be interesting what my weight does now!  Oh joy!  :::Sniffles::::

That explains my hair falling out lately and my not feeling very great...Thought it was anemia...but my iron was too HIGH!  LOL  Craziness!

Last week 150

this week 150

I happy since I am recovering from PS and have not started back exercising yet. Down 5 lbs since PS and holding steady. Have been pushing protien even more since I have been having issues healing post PS. My thyroid is out of wack, waiting for latest blood work to get back to see what my new dose will be. I read that low thryoid readings can contribute to slow healing, gotta get that fixed ASAP.

Great Job everyone, keep the momentum and keep coming back!

Yes, sometimes I want to see how far I can go ( losing more weight that is). I even think, "kelli you are still fat" as I look at my belly roll. But I know it is the folded skin. I remind myself what size clothes I am in and how much trouble I will have finding sizes to fit if I loose anymore! Also, people keep reminding me how small and petite i am. So, the fact that I have maintained between 117 and 121 for the last 5 months is wonderful.

Instead I will work on how much further I can go in my fitness. Muscle building, treadmill miles and hopefully someday a real race!

this morning's weight: 119
last week's weight : 119

Hi there,
I gained weight over the past 2 months and I need to take it back off. I am up almost 10 pounds!!! I feel so out of control!! So I have been watching what I eat and trying to curb the old grazing. I feel so hungry all the time.
Last week~ 155.4
This week~ 152.8
Height~ 5'5"
I need to get this under control. I havent been here on line for a while. Summer time activites have kept me from working out, or surfing the web. I would love to get down to 135. ??????
I will start going back to the gym as soon as my boys go back to school, and I have already started cutting back on snacking.
This is so much harder than I ever imagined it would be post op......
