Did You Move To Lose Today?

How's your week going? Mine has been busy, busy, busy, but I didn't let other stuff get me off track.
Rocky and I went for a walk and last night I hit the gym and worked on triceps and biceps.
So my friends Did You Move To Lose and Or Maintain Today? Come on in and let us know how the week is going. Are you sticking with your new goals? Are you having problems? If so, let us know and perhaps we can help

Take care,
Kathy

Kathy & others,
I am slowing getting back to exercising--not anywhere near what I was back in my "losing heyday"! But I'm thankful to be back on track; I feel so much better physically & mentally when I'm eating/doing what I should!
Today I walked to the post office & then on to the pharmacy & back home--this was about 2 mi. total & took about 40 min. (Back in the day, I could walk 4 mph instead of 3 mph--but I'm not complaining. I'll get there again.)
Early this evening, I mowed our lawn, which takes me about 40 min.
I stayed accountable w/ my eating & drinking. Still have the late evening to deal with, my hardest, but I have some calories left and some healthy snack choices.
Jo
Always,
Jo
