Why I have not been Here!!!

I haven't been here since the August 1st, because I had a car accident. My car was totaled, it wasn't my fault. I wa**** from behind on the Garden state parkway. I wastaken to the hospital right away, I got whiplash, and some bruises on my legs from the hitting the dashboard. I was home all last week recooperating. I was actually having a nervous breakdown, because I am a single parent, and with out a car I would not be able to go to work, I would lose my job, and have no car to even find another job. I was so stressed out, and then the phone rang, I received a call from the father of the girl who hit me, he didn't want to go through the Insurance co. because he knew his Insurance would go up sky high, because is daughter is a new driver. My Insurance which is Medicaid, the dollar day Insurance, does not allow me to sue, but he didn't know this. He called me to compensate me for my car, and my pain and suffering, So he came to my home and we came to a settlement and he wrote me a check right than and there, the check was actually good. I found a used car within two days. I also saved some of the money just in case something goes wrong with the car. The car is a chrysler sebring. I love it!!! There is definitely someone watching over me. I went back to work this weekend at my other job, I have two jobs now, because of the economy, but I am so happy that everything worked out, I really am greatful am alive, because if you would have seen my car, you would think that I should be dead. I am so greatful!!!!

Thank you for sharing this - it's always so easy to focus on bad news, it's so uplifting to read about the good that happens. You could have posted and focussed on all the negative, yet you chose to focus on the positives - thank you again.
