I was just wondering if we absorb the oil in this liq. cap of flaxseed oil? and do we  absorb the              B complex vitamin pill? These are 2 that I have at my house & was thinking of throwing them away. But I figured I'd ask here 1st.
also what makes a person tired when they are normally an energetic person. Like they need a nap in the middle of the day. just feel kinda blah. not sick or anything just blah.

Usually you feel tired when you are lacking Iron. I have had alot of issues with my iron and have had to go through iron tranfusions because the pills just don't work. Have your blood work check out. Good Luck.

Fish oils or flax seed oils are commonly take by post ops for dry skin issues, and to improve their hair and nails. Pills are hardest to absorb, capules better, liquid gels next, and liquids are the best. This is the reason I use liquid vitamins--on pilled vitamins my D was in the toilet. On liquid vitamins I got up into the normal range, but I do know that levels of 70+ are now recommended on D labwork. I'm currently taking 5000 IU D3 capsules, and these are small and digest easily. Hi,

tired in the afternoon? I was nodding off to sleep in my chair at work. At home I would suddenly take 2 to 3 hr naps, or head to bed early. Finally, when I tried to give blood my iron was registering to low to give. So I now take iron supplements. 36mg per day is working for me. I can now give blood and am no longer unusually tired!

My labs in July confirmed that my iron is back in the normal range. Definately get your labs to check out your iron levels.

The flaxseed oil I think I am absorbing. I starting taking it and on my next labs my HDL's increased significantly. However, I increased my level of exercise, too. So it could have been both things that helped. I cut back on the capsule from 4 to 2 and now take ground flaxseed.

I take bariatric advantage chewables 18mg 2x per day. Iron from Ferronyl with Vit C. These are supposed to be easy on the stomach. I don't have any problems with them. Good luck on the supplements.
