I spent three hours in the dentisit cahir taking off an old crown and applying a temporary; I hate the dentist so this was a major deal to me! I took a dose of liquid percocetr left over from my endometrial ablation and felt sleepy all day until I went to Zumab; that woke me up! Too many carbs again will have to watch it closer tomorrow!

L-low carb wrap with turksy and swiss and red grapes
S-Luna Peanut Butter Cookie Bar
D-turkey sausage, scrambled eggs w cheese and low carb toast w sugar free jellt
S-1/2 large snickerdoodle
1 hour of Zumba took my vits except still need my calcium I will go take them before bed and all my water.

Looks like you were having one of my margareta fridays today with your wines and sangrias! What about some good whey protein drinks in addition to all you've eaten? Looks like your day was good though!

It's been one of those weeks ~ Just a clarification the Sangria is one glass t 6oz = hoping no one thinks I did 6 glasses of sangria!! I do have an issue with a nightly glass of wine but I'm keeping it within my calorie intake and it's my nightly relaxation after the kids go to bed = glass of wine & quiet computer time. I feel guilty but it's one of those guilty pleasures.
Thanks for doing starting the post for Tuesday...I was MIA cuz the local support group started late and then ended late. Hubby was waiting for me when I drove into the yard...He's been acting like a jealous teenager lately...Gotta have a talk with that boy!
My day...Since I can't tell you the times I'll just show what I ate:
Oatmeal, TVP, soy milk, coffee
1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami
4 oz cooked ground beef scooped onto 18 all bran crackers and
3/4 of a medium corn tortilla with a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter
1 medium peach, 1 medium orange
4 oz dannon light and fit (vanilla) and 1 chocolate SF pudding cup
Dinner was a chicken breast sandwich on a kaiser roll (well, 2/3 of that roll anyway)
no dessert but I did have 5 containers (24 oz each) of various drink mixes.
Totals for the day (with mayo on the sandwich)
Calories: 1805
Fat: 75
Carbs: 151
Protein: 141
I did alright..My main thing yesterday (and the rest of this week) is to encourage all WLS Grads to find a local support group. There is just nothing like sitting with 15-20 of like minded folks discussing everything from 1 week out not getting in protein to spouses who try and support who have NO CLUE...Next week, if I can get hubby to go, we're both going to try and encourage and enlighten those who are behind us in the journey...It's awesome!
