Great combo, allows you to eat all types of food, healthily, without wrecking your metabolism. Good luck!!!

Thanks to all of you for the great advice, I think the message boards, and visiting with others really helps.  OH helped me lose all of the weight, it will help me again!

so far so good this week!  If any of you would like to stay in touch and support each other I would love that!

Hi Kim,

I asked a Nut when I was going through my surgery process, "Does the pouch/surgery ever stop working?" and she replied "Only when you stop working with it"....  I just thought about that week when I was feeling pretty down about my 22lbs weight gain...  I haven't been working "with" my pouch I've actually been working against it with bad food choices...  It may take a lot longer to get that regain weight off but, I do believe it can be done...

The support here at OH is amazing!

Ha, I love what that nut told you, it is sooo true.  I have stopped working with my band!  I cannot wait for summer to be over, there is way too much fun stuff to do, which usually involves empty calories for me.  Tonight I have golf league.... my plan is to enjoy a couple of ****tails, and water, water, water.  I need a rubberband on my wrist, to snap to help me remember.

Thanks for all of the support!  I know you will take that 22 pounds off!!!
