MIA since April, I am back!

Gosh I can't believe I let this happen, but I did.  Complacency and being just too busy does it to me every time!  After my grandaughter was born, April 9th, it seems I just got too busy to take care of myself!  I haven't had a major regain  but I haven't worked out or been taking my supplements.  Today is a new day!  I will go for an hour walk at lunch time.  I will take my supplements and I will check the boards!  I have been working 50-60 hours a week this summer and then on the weekends I was harvesting mushrooms until about the 4th of July and then I started Beading like there is no tommorow.  I am tired all the time and once I get home and lay down on the couch, I am done!  Our office went to working 4-10's so I took another job.  I am working 30-40 hours at one job and 20 hours at another.  Am I crazy?.  Life will get back to normal at the end of the month when my main job goes back to 40 hours a week and then I will only work the other one on fridays.  48 hours is enough!  How have you all been?

Thanks,  I have taken my Iron, vit C and Prenatel this morning.  I am on my way!  I have made a walking lunch date with a co worker.  I can do this!

Yes you can do this. Your on your way.

Something I do to get that energy is have a protein drink either just before I leave work or immediately when I walk through the door. It fills me up and also gives me just a little bit more energy. Then I don't snack while cooking dinner. Sometimes I eat when I'm tired. I think it will give me energy or something.

It's so nice to see you back!  Glad you are back to your vits...I get my lab results tomorrow! Gave my 20 -some test tubes of blood on friday!  EGADS!  That was a lot of blood! 

You made me tired just thinking of your day....You get to slow down and I'll be taking on a huge job! (just bought a handyman house to work on for profit) DH said he is sick of seeing me so bored and thought i needed a project!  (he was right!)  So I close on the house in Sept and start my magic that afternoon!  It will be 16 hour days til the house if refinished and sold! That takes care of boredom and exercise and I'll make a nice pocketful of change too!

 LOL Let's both stay healthy! :)

Ok, I just got back from my walk with Co-worker.  She is new to walking so we only walked for about 20 minutes.  I got in 15 laps, about 1.3 miles.  I know I like to walk longer, but it is a start.  Tommorow I think I will walk in the morning, by myself then walk with her for lunch if she wants to.  I think I will walk for an hour at work then in the evenings work in my strength training.  I know how to do this, I just need to get at it!  I have had 2 iron supplements today, my prenatel, my vit c and a protien supplement.  2 hard boiled eggs, some potato chips, 40 ounces of water and my 24 ounce s/f Cherry mocha with skim milk.  I intend to drink some more water befor the end of the work day, maybe eat some yogurt or an egg or Tuna and then for Dinner, I have to go to a dinner meeting and there will be a Spaghetti Dinner.  I will eat that and that will hopefully be my plan for the Day.  Maybe walk again when I get home, maybe not, Big Brother 10 is on tonight!!
