Your numbers look pretty good from here. I love some meatloaf...Hardboiled eggs frighten me even still. I tried them way too early out and they didn't agree with me so I shy away from those.

Looks like you could use the calories with that EAS shake...Protein too. See ya!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I went over yesterday, but I'm not too stressed about it. I ran five miles on Saturday, 4.5 miles on Sunday, and 7 miles in 58 minutes and 50 seconds yesterday! Woo hoo! The sweat was flying off my ponytail! :-) When I got home from my run, I was HUNGRY--that's when I ate big... The DH had cooked--that's where the macncheese and corn came from! Hee. Hee! That's alright.

It looks like we are signing our lease for my personal training studio today! Keep your fingers crossed!

You were cookin that road in 58 minutes!
That's fantastic!

I heard that Michael Phelps takes in 10,000 calories a day but he swims 7 miles in a day too...That's got to count for SOMETHING...That guy is BUILT! woo.

You should have some mac n cheese...eat some for me too. LOL.

See ya.

Hi friends! Well, after spending yesterday whining about my iron, I went out and bought a couple boxes of total and made molasses bran muffins and blueberry bran muffins. I bought a bunch of clams too, so time to pump up and all that. Doc says I might be able to swing a really low dose of oral iron, but I have to do it with supervision and the epi-pen nearby just in case. Gee, that's comforting...lol

Yesterday's fuel:

B: Snicker's marathon nutrition bar

S: 1/2 cup raw mushrooms

L: shrimp sauteed w/ vegetables

S: 1/2 serving of goldfish crackers

D: 2/3 of a south beach cheese pizza

S: Total cinnamon crunch cereal

I'm not particularly hungry today, but I'm eating for the sake of nutrition. Onward and upward (err...downward, in terms of weight)!

Whatever it takes to get that iron up. Add tomatoes to burgers or eating liver and onions...whatever it takes.

Keep your numbers up so you can see the other numbers go down...Good luck! See ya.
