Well, the week started off...Neither good nor bad but at work, who can tell? Here's how my day stacked up. Too much to do and not enough time to eat:

6:30 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk,
7:00 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
7:30 am 24 oz Wyler's Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:00 am 1 cheese stick
11:15 am 4 oz chicken thigh cooked chopped, 1 cup lettuce, 1 oz italian squash, raw, 1 oz Kraft Honey Dijon Dressing low cal
12:30 pm 4 oz cooked turkey breast, 3/4 - 6" corn tortilla
1:00 am 24 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
1:15 pm 1 medium peach
1:30 pm 1 medium orange
2:30 pm 24 oz Pure Energy Drink Mix, Berry
3:45 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt, 1/8 cup chocolate covered coffee beans
4:30 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
6:00 pm 2 beef tacos with medium corn tortillas and just a bit of refried beans from instant

Not bad on the carbs but I was searching all day to find something more to add to the list of things I could eat...

 not too bad for you dawn. Totals so far 1150, net cals after exercise 202.  Need to eat more. Have to go in the kitchen and get something.

Great numbers for you today too...More carbs than I'm used to seeing on your list but that must be the wagon influence...I'll get used to the shock...LOL.

Keep up the good work. BTW, is it working? Any pounds missing yet?

No exercise( walked on the beach with my daughter but was not aerobic) but knees are a little sore from doubling up yesterday. The couch to 5 K is a 9 week program that will get you ready to run a 5 K . I will be starting week 2 tomorrow. I just googled it after reading about some people doing it on the main board; join in!

I do alot of walking. I figure any movement is better than none. When I'm not at the computer, I'm walking picking up stuff in this house. It's long and skinny (85 feet long) and so invariably something from one end goes to the other end. I'm not sure how that happens but it keeps me moving. Then that super commercial vacuum cleaner I bought...I'm pushing that around three times a week..LOL.

My plan/dream is to climb mount whitney this fall with our neighbor. Not a jog or a fast paced walk but a nice hike. I don't think it will be that bad but people tell me it's rough.

Your numbers look pretty good. Protein must be pretty good too. see ya!

I didn't get online one time this weekend but I'm back today to be accountable!

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Apple & SF jello

Lunch: Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli

Snack: Cucumber slices & Baby carrots w/ 2 tbp. of FF ranch

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce and red onion in a LC wheat wrap & steamed cabbage.

Snack: WW Yogurt

I've had plenty of water and even got my lazy butt up this morning and walked 2 miles at a pretty good speed!

I'd like to join in on the accountabilty posts - having a hard time by myself. So maybe, being more active here will help.

B - Protein shake with skim milk

S - half of a protein bar

L - SW grilled chicken salad with corn, black beans, cheese and a bit of ranch dressing

S - Small bag of Fritos

D - Taco salad (ground beef, lettuce, cheese, black beans, and tortilla chips)

Later snack - Tbsp of peanut butter on half of half of a slice of wheat bread (don't care for bread, but don't like eating PB off of a spoon LOL)

I also had a kit kat  - I should no better than to go to the grocery store hungry.

Cal - 1870
Protein- 124

Exercise - upper body weight training

I have a tendency to hide what I eat - leftover from my days of being SMO. It scares me that I still have that inclination. So... I feel good posting this - but note to self: next time, skip the kit kat!

Yes. that's part of the whole food addiction thing. Afraid that someone is going to chew you out for eating something you shouldn't? That was me. I tend to wait until everyone is asleep and then go grab something bad and eat it. Now a days, I can't do the kit kat bar but I'll have a protein bar before I go into the grocery store.

LOL. years ago, my sister and I always had a strong urge to have to go to the restroom as soon as we get into the grocery store. Those days are gone but the munchies are so real...

B) Meatloaf! and 2 stuffed egg halves

S) Pimento cheese sandwich half

I only got 66 g protein, and 81g carbs! Dang. 1,049 cal, but only 50 g fat. Oh well, think I'll go drink an EAS 110 cal, 17 g protein, 2 net carbs.

I just remembered some cottage cheese, 11 g protein, no idea of cal it had some blueberries too. And about 6 oz 1% milk. About 6-7g protein. High in calories today, but better on protein than I first thought.
I have been working to get enough protein, and maintain my current weight. I don't want to lose any more.
