glad to be right on track. infact just started journalling again today!! Yeah for me!! Its amazing how quick it adds up!!! So i am determined to keep it up!!

sf oatmeal
1 c cottage cheese
2 plums
1 can V8
1 cob corn w becel
1 cabbage roll
2 cups raw veggies
1 cup watermellon
plus my water.

947 cal
51 g protein

Only 36 lbs to goal and I will be in the normal BMI range!! !! Wooo hooooo!!! Best decision of my life!!!

 good to see your post!!  Perhaps you might want to consider increasing your protein. Its way too low , should be more in 70-80 and above. Remember, you are not absorbing what your eat, so you need  to supplement with protein shakes. Don't want to leach protein from muscles and have a problem later.!
